Bushido Martial Arts Academy

Cross-training is the entire premise at Bushido Martial Arts Academy in Arlington, where jiu-jitsu, judo, Muay Thai, and wrestling combine into what the school calls a complete self-defense mixed martial arts system. Sensei Justin Rose leads the academy, which argues that open-minded cross training beats single-style study for real self-defense. Evening classes run Monday through Friday, family discounts apply, and the academy carries a flawless 5.0 rating across 55 Google reviews — among the best-reviewed independent schools in the DFW mid-cities. Onsite services and card payments keep enrollment simple. Find it on West Arkansas Lane in Arlington; bushidomartialarts.net or 817-903-0574 has the current schedule.
