Dallas Academy of Martial Arts

Since 1980, the Dallas Academy of Martial Arts has served the Lake Highlands neighborhood from its Plano Road location, making it one of the longest-running traditional schools inside the city. The program is described as fast-paced and energetic, best suited to students ready to commit to structured training. Fridays and Sundays are closed, with weekday sessions from 3:30PM and a Saturday morning class capping the week. Its Google rating sits at 4.8 across 17 reviews.
