Fort Bend Fencing Academy

Regional medals have been coming home with Fort Bend Fencing Academy students for over a decade — club fencers have placed in Gulf Coast Division events like the women’s Y12 foil, and the academy keeps a competitive presence around Houston. Based on South Texas 6 in Sugar Land, the school teaches the Olympic sport of fencing to kids and adults, with weeknight sessions from 6 to 8 PM and Saturday morning practice. Fencers rate the club 4.5 stars across 34 Google reviews. The program has also grown beyond its original footprint with a Rosenberg facility. Enrollment details are posted at fortbendfencingacademy.com, or stop by a session to watch blades in action.
