Kinetic Self-Defense

Private training and women’s-only self-defense courses anchor Kinetic Self-Defense, a veteran-owned school on I-35 in Schertz serving the northeast San Antonio corridor. Rather than packing large group classes, the school emphasizes individualized instruction — private self-defense lessons plus women’s-focused programs — and starts every new student with a paid trial so expectations are clear before any commitment. It is a member in good standing of the Schertz-Cibolo-Selma chamber, and students rate it a perfect 5.0 across 11 Google reviews. For travelers and locals alike, it is one of the few dedicated self-defense schools between San Antonio and New Braunfels. Call 210-504-5459 or check kineticself-defense.com.
