Premier Martial Arts West

Four or sixty-four — Premier Martial Arts West quotes that age range to describe who can train at its Milwaukee Avenue school in Lubbock, and the national franchise’s structured curriculum backs it up. New students begin with a one-on-one introductory lesson instead of being dropped into a group class cold, then progress through karate programs organized by age and rank. Instruction weaves in strength, conditioning, and flexibility work, so every muscle group gets attention alongside technique. Parents rate the school 4.7 across 29 Google reviews and note the professional teaching environment. Classes fill weekday late afternoons and evenings.
