Hidden Gym

Third location, same obsession: Hidden Gym’s North Dallas outpost on Preston Road extends an Allen and Richardson brand that has collected thousands of five-star reviews across DFW. The Preston Road facility serves Far North Dallas and Plano commuters with premium equipment, recovery-focused amenities, and long hours, opening at 5 AM on weekdays and closing at 10 PM, with full weekend blocks. Its boxing-gym classification draws members who want combat-sport conditioning inside a community-driven room rather than a big-box chain, and the location already holds a 4.8 rating across 448 Google reviews. A three-day guest pass lets newcomers experience the culture before committing. Stop by the Preston Road location or start at hiddengym.net.
